From Self-Reflection, Learn to Understand Yourself

From self-reflection, learn to understand oneself

After getting up early and using the restroom, I suddenly sensed a noise coming in, a sound that seemed both near and far, difficult to pinpoint its origin.

By chance, I heard a lecture by Professor Lee Ssu-Tsung, the former president of National Taiwan University, who specializes in the science of body, mind, and spirit. He demonstrated through multiple scientific experiments that these phenomena do not arise from brain illusions.

He confirmed the existence of information fields (Buddha, God, spiritual realms) and emphasized that certain individuals possess supernatural abilities that should be regarded as potential within the human body; for most people, these abilities simply remain undeveloped.

From sudden inspiration to telepathy, I believe this is human potential. The physical world is vast and boundless; humanity itself is too small—insignificant and trivial.
What we can comprehend about the universe is limited; what our eyes can see is limited; what our ears can hear is limited; what our brains can remember is limited. Thus, it further confirms that there are others beyond us and heavens beyond heaven; there are eyes beyond our sight and ears beyond our hearing.

Recognizing life as a finite process allows us to appreciate the value of existence. Only by being more humble and earnest in cultivating our path can we transcend interpersonal relationships. With sincere self-reflection, we learn to understand ourselves, realize the true way, unleash our potential, and dedicate ourselves to serving humanity.
