“The Importance of ‘Knowing’ and ‘Understanding’
Sometimes seeing is not believing…
Without verification, relying solely on speculation leads to infinite assumptions.
In addition to trapping yourself in a state of “lack of clarity,” “confusion,” and “disorderly thoughts.”
Words spoken without deep contemplation and repeated verification
Not only hinder your own progress in cultivation
But also cause trouble for others due to careless speech.
Those who let go do not cling to their hearts,
But for those who cannot let go… the irresponsible words that are heard and passed around can be very hurtful.
If you want to cultivate without truly “knowing” and “understanding” things, you spend all day boasting about your practice.
On the surface polite, but fundamentally lacking clarity.
If you spread foolish words everywhere, how can you find peace in your cultivation?
A true practitioner should calm things down once they reach themselves, shouldn’t they?
