1: In physiognomy, the ears are one of the five features and belong to the auditory organs. They are divided into the left and right ears, governing fortune from birth to fourteen years old. For males, the left ear corresponds to ages one to seven, while the right ear corresponds to ages eight to fourteen.
For females, the right ear corresponds to ages one to seven, and the left ear corresponds to ages eight to fourteen. Additionally, one can observe childhood fortune, health, intelligence, character, and blessings.
2: A good ear shape means that the earlobes should be well-defined and clear; they should be upright, long, thick, large, with a bright and moist color. The earlobes should be thick and directed towards the mouth; this is considered standard.
