Please take it seriously and improve it
If your body temperature tends to be cold or icy, then you should pay attention to this issue. Don’t think that it’s normal for your body to feel this way and just accept it.
My experience tells me that this is not a good condition, and you should do everything possible to improve your constitution!
During my practice, whenever I encounter a cold or icy sensation, I always transform and eliminate that chilly energy. I won’t let it linger on me for too long because if this energy stays in the body for an extended period, it can turn into a form of illness. This can become a significant problem; if you don’t deal with this illness energy, it can penetrate deep into your organs and bones. Even spending a lot of money later may not guarantee a cure.
