This scripture is for those who enter the path of cultivation. After repenting for their bad habits in life, they pray to the Pangu Emperor for assistance in eliminating the root of their habitual sins. Thereafter, they should reflect and walk the righteous path to correct their understanding and return to a pure spiritual consciousness.
This is not a clever method of using this scripture to avoid disasters and cover up sins. If one holds such a mindset, negative karma will rebound upon oneself; therefore, proceed with caution in both actions and reading. Below is the complete text of the scripture.
Opening Praise: Pangu Emperor, Supreme Ultimate, commanding all spirits across the universe, causing all gods to tremble at your command; when your mouth opens, demons feel cold. The true spirit of the Supreme Ultimate descends; I pledge allegiance to Pangu Emperor, Great Heavenly Sovereign (repeated three times).

Supreme Ultimate Pangu Emperor grants blessings through this true scripture
At that time, the Supreme Ultimate Pangu Emperor appeared in the limitless heavens, carefree and at ease. With a single thought, divine insight manifested as he observed beings in the lower realms who were lost amidst emotions and desires.
They did not know how to advance or understand my teachings. Compassion arose in his heart; he transformed into Laozi of the Three Purities to propagate teachings and guide sentient beings.
He spoke of the cycles of heaven and earth, the changes of day and night, birth and death, the flourishing and withering of all things—vastly reaching infinity while being minuscule as dust.
Nothing exists outside my path; yet beings are captivated by emotions when they see love; they are ensnared by desires when they see greed; they are blinded by wealth when they see others possessing more than themselves; jealousy arises in their hearts.
When they see others more beautiful than themselves, desire arises within them. Thus they do not understand that entanglement with desire leads them into reincarnation where they suffer as animals—enduring painful deaths—then transitioning into ghostly realms where they suffer from hunger without sustenance—finally returning to human realms only to endure countless hardships.
The Emperor said: I am without beginning or name. When heaven desired creation, there was chaos for countless billions of years until heaven and earth were established—then yin and yang were determined.
Next came separation into Qian (☰), Kan (☵), Gen (☶), Zhen (☳), Xun (☴), Li (☲), Kun (☷), Dui (☲)—this is known as the Eight Trigrams which give rise to vegetation nurturing myriad spirits.
Then I sent Fuxi to transform heaven and earth while Shennong managed grains; Xuanyuan established governance over society—all beings stem from me; all spirits are born from me.
The four continents: east, west, south, north—the four seasons: spring, summer, autumn, winter—all created by me.
The Heavenly Sovereign, Earthly Sovereign alongside Human Sovereigns—Xuanyuan Fuxi with Shennong—Emperors Yao and Shun along with Emperor Yu—all great sages act according to my commands teaching myriad spirits on my behalf so that heaven has its way bringing favorable winds and timely rains;
Rulers govern rightly leading citizens towards peace; families uphold virtue with filial piety between parents and children; mountains flourish with vegetation due to natural order; seas remain calm due to harmony among people respecting one another—everything exists according to this path.
Now people should quickly return to my path without further confusion. One must understand that as humans we should not be quarrelsome or stubborn nor overly competitive which leads one astray from righteousness but instead cultivate virtue,
Correcting mistakes upon realization while repenting for sins committed.
Aligning oneself with heavenly principles must not arise from indulgence in wine or lustful desires leading one’s heart astray.
The harm caused by alcohol confuses one’s mind nature invading vital energy harming longevity. Lustful pursuits scrape bones capturing souls causing loss of essence leading ultimately towards shortened lifespan.
The harm caused by wealth can lead close relatives turning against each other or friends harboring jealousy—the world is consumed with thoughts day after night laboring endlessly only viewing wealth as king while poverty becomes shameful,
thus failing to realize that even if one possesses immense riches or vast lands it cannot buy off impermanence’s arrival;
Once breath ceases even a penny cannot be taken along while sins cling on leading one into cycles among four births six paths endlessly reincarnating.
The harm caused by anger over trivial matters leads one towards disputes resulting in lawsuits over lives imprisonment shackles losing everything causing resentment between spouses leaving children bitter—with regrets being useless;
Fame harms those who seek it throughout life—they must labor their minds through literature or exhaust their bodies through martial arts living aimlessly even if achieving high official status there will still come a time for white hair;
Once impermanence arrives everything ceases—the world ultimately must see through fame distancing oneself from lustful desires avoiding contamination from six dusts six thieves
Those greedy for honor face troubles stemming from honor seeking fame bear burdens arising from fame seeking pleasures suffer injuries due to indulgence seek wealth face harms arising from greed.
It is better instead to attain clarity sincerely turning towards this path extending life escaping suffering within reincarnation allowing endless freedom across millennia following this way experiencing ultimate joy wearing celestial garments leisurely enjoying divine nectar nourishing one’s being;
Some dwell in mid-heaven some reside among thirty-six heavens seventy-two earthly domains—all are blessed lands—or dwell within Taiqing or Shangqing or Yuqing or Ten Lands enjoying blessings of tranquility thereby not wasting human existence;
Ordinary beings should no longer be foolish taking advantage of having human form aspiring sincerely towards this path during difficult times preparing incense flowers fruits offering sincere wishes toward this sacred way burning incense reciting this blessed scripture;
The power merit within this scripture is unfathomable—it will surely eradicate all sins completely praising:

Suffering under curses disasters approach—Pangu Emperor resolves them
While traveling via boat or car disasters approach—Pangu Emperor resolves them
Violating heavenly laws disasters approach—Pangu Emperor resolves them
Sins accumulated in dark realms cause disasters approaching—Pangu Emperor resolves them
Disturbances at home cause disasters approaching—Pangu Emperor resolves them
Storms arise at sea causing disasters approaching—Pangu Emperor resolves them
Shackles on earth cause disasters approaching—Pangu Emperor resolves them

Following these scriptures throughout lifetimes ensures peace safety against thousands calamities transforming invisibly—I command my subjects carefully participate do not boast excessively during times achievements;
My sovereign shall come forth guiding you onto celestial ranks ascending blissful heights completing these scriptures winds clouds thunder roared clear skies cracked open long howl departing.
It is said: The way resides within hearts few comprehend only observing right before eyes distinguishing right from wrong;
Celestial realms above are infinitely beautiful yet easily confused by thieves before our eyes;
Flattering words bring endless joy yet easily deceived by ear-thieves;
Celestial flowers exotic herbs emit endless fragrance yet easily misled by nose-thieves;
Mountain delicacies exquisite dishes offer boundless flavors yet easily tricked by tongue-thieves;
Countless celestial Buddhas float down like clouds only generating delight filled delusions within big hearts;
Heavenly demons evil spirits shake mountains rivers only instilling fear dread within hearts;
Celestial maidens scatter flowers throughout voids only igniting joyful lustful feelings inside hearts;
Comfortably relaxed feeling carefree six thieves confuse minds unaware,
Those walking my path must not offend offending will inevitably fall into countless kalpas,
Do not generate joyful delusions do not generate fearful dread do not generate lustful feelings do not let six thieves obstruct your journey,
Only then can you truly be subjects under my reign cultivating meditation practicing realizing these scriptures.
