Potential and Spiritual Cultivation (Taoist Alchemy)
Taoist practices are renowned for cultivating the innate Qi and seeking the path back to the original state, which is how they measure whether one has attained the Dao. This has led to their association with the mysterious Eastern culture.
The core of the mysterious Taoist culture is the communication and stimulation of potential. Spiritual cultivation refers to the nurturing of the soul and spirit, where refining the original spirit to attain abilities and wisdom that transcend time and space is called attaining Dao or enlightenment.
When a person is born, they immediately close off their extraordinary meridians, and their Yin spirit (spirituality) also remains closed, while their original spirit (true essence) becomes hidden.
The entire human life exists in a state of silence. This marks the beginning of the postnatal path, activating the functions of the five organs and six bowels, forming twelve postnatal meridians.
However, all innate functions are closed off at birth; only through chance encounters with external time-space magnetic fields can one occasionally reveal their inherent wisdom roots.
It is said that at birth, individuals already possess genetic traits inherited from their parents’ families, attributes formed by the interplay of yin and yang across four seasons (spring, summer, autumn, winter),
the wisdom roots generated by primordial energy, and that the original spirit’s cosmic attributes—this original spirit (the Tathāgata’s hidden consciousness) is eternal, having experienced both cosmic beginnings and simultaneous existence in time-space. When this original spirit enters a human body, it begins its journey through life.
The course of one’s life is controlled by this original spirit. Various talents and habits are merely hardware functions of the body; it is this original spirit that directly governs all subconscious processes within a person.
Once commands are issued from a person’s subconscious—people will feel compelled to obey naturally without needing to think about it themselves.
After birth—the postnatal system develops further as five senses (hearing, sight, smell, touch, taste) are activated. The window of consciousness gradually closes; both subconsciousness and original spirit become hidden.
Gradually throughout this postnatal process—through learning and understanding among other means—consciousness forms thoughts with judgment capabilities regarding concepts of right or wrong.
The manifestation of conscious awareness is merely the tip of an iceberg representing subconsciousness; conscious awareness (cognitive consciousness) consists of constraints imposed by learned behaviors in postnatal life regarding recognition based on what should or shouldn’t be remembered or forgotten.
On the other hand, subconsciousness (Alaya consciousness) operates without any frameworks or moral judgments regarding right or wrong; instead it retains everything experienced within its black box.
Conscious awareness receives external stimuli through sensory organs while subconsciousness relies on comprehensive information for memory retention.
The memory capacity of subconsciousness (Alaya consciousness) surpasses that of conscious awareness (cognitive consciousness) by fifty thousand times; however its immense energy remains hidden.
Humans do not forget memories over time but rather these memories remain concealed within subconsciousness’s black box. Since subconsciousness lacks recognition regarding right or wrong,
it fully accepts everything; once information about an event triggers commands from subconsciousness those commands will be naturally followed by conscious awareness.
However conscious awareness (cognitive consciousness) possesses its own frameworks for thinking; its strong sense of right or wrong influences behavior significantly. At such times whether these commands can be fulfilled depends on how many reasons conscious awareness can find to comply,
rather than opting out due to difficulty. Consequently unexpected events may arise in one’s life journey affecting physical health or spiritual well-being.
If commands from subconsciousness clash with thoughts and behavioral concepts held by conscious awareness then human nature falls into a state of division,
this split state can lead to mental disorders such as schizophrenia (also known as dissociative identity disorder), which may manifest as disharmony between body and soul.
Because memories within a person’s subconscious belong to their original spirit—containing information inherited from countless past lives.
If external information resonates with what’s stored in this black box then resonance occurs causing subconsciousness to emit this information; conscious awareness will then seek various ways to fulfill these commands impacting one’s life journey significantly affecting physical health and spiritual well-being.
The saying “good people receive good rewards while bad people receive bad rewards” arises from triggering memories held within subconsciousness. Just like if you have a thorn stuck in your flesh but instead of removing it you merely bandage it up—the thorn won’t disappear regardless of how much time passes; instead over time it may fester.
In reality emotional wounds do not fade with time but rather remain hidden within your subconscious; once they become inflamed they will send signals affecting your conscious awareness impacting your life’s trajectory along with physical health and spiritual well-being.
Opening one’s heart leads towards accessing one’s subconscious mind unlocking infinite potential for great wisdom—this has been pursued by Taoist sages for thousands of years,

This superpower simply represents recalling certain segments from one’s memory stored in their subconscious mind. Dreams also represent such states where attaining enlightenment during dreams reflects information re-emerging from one’s deeper self—for example Lu Dongbin’s dream involving Huang Liang or Li Bai’s brush producing flowers effortlessly.
Cultivating one’s subconscious equates to nurturing one’s soul which we refer to as “cultivating truth.” The “cultivation” pertaining to one’s original spirit signifies its re-emergence allowing entry into multiple spaces alongside eternity within cosmos itself.
Humans originally possess pure goodness upon entering this world but over countless lifetimes lost touch with their true nature giving rise selfish desires necessitating divine beings’ intervention for guidance,

The realm surrounding spiritual cultivation (truth cultivation & immortal path)—has existed within Taoism spanning thousands years marked by lengthy periods spent meditating seeking transcendence into realms where deeper memories might be released.
Today people recognize importance surrounding unconscious mind deeming it fifty thousand times more efficient than conscious thought processes during this era focused on human biological sciences unprecedented investments have been made toward understanding life’s intelligence embodied within humans themselves.
Diving deep into unconscious realms directly releases profound memories tied closely alongside journeys undertaken through one’s true essence over seven days leading towards awakening realization attaining genuine truth isn’t mere talk—it invites everyone willing enough let go attachments enter states embodying clarity awakening realization!
The essence underlying human existence remains eternally indestructible traversing diverse spaces throughout cosmos yet cultivating one’s true essence requires arduous lengthy efforts
across numerous cycles before revealing itself often lying dormant concealed inside bodies wherein most seekers pursue superficial paths rarely returning back toward primordial Dao(ultra-conscious state).
Twelve meridians connect intricately alongside extraordinary eight vessels fortifying pathways enabling access towards cultivating primordial vital energy which serves as gateway leading toward transcending unconscious realms.
Hence ancient sages believed: following meridian pathways constitutes route connecting heaven above! Attaining Dao signifies entering states associated with accessing deeper layers engaging both refining true essence nurturing spiritual growth ultimately reshaping humanity itself! </ p >
