Self-Healing – Cultivating Innate Energy to Create Life (Real Case) – P6
I have come to deeply understand that cultivation and practice is a lifelong journey…
I remember when I first encountered the cultivation of the primordial spirit, I was confused and didn’t know where to start or what to do!But there’s no denying that cultivating the primordial spirit has improved my physical condition and brought about wonderful changes in my body!
So I know there is no turning back, nor any reason to escape. To break free from the debilitating condition of my cerebellum, I must cultivate!
This path is lonely, yet not solitary. Choosing to cultivate, I bravely face the harsh reality of my deteriorating body. After many years of self-purification and guidance from others, my physical condition gradually improved and became stronger. For doctors, this was even considered a miracle. Thus, I have continued to practice diligently until now…
During this time, I have thought about giving up on this path of cultivation because it requires a lifetime commitment; it is long and fraught with obstacles. The various frustrations experienced along the way are pains and setbacks unknown to most people. There were times when I felt stuck, despondent, wanting to give up, questioning whether I should continue at all.
However, the significant changes and improvements in my body continually remind me that only through cultivation can I change and improve my current physical, mental, and spiritual state. I am certain this is the only path!
Due to certain factors, I had not seriously practiced sitting meditation for almost two years; it was just a casual touch-and-go without truly settling into meditation. This led to a worsening of my physical condition until I ended up in the hospital. After being discharged and resting at home to recuperate my health, I deeply reflected on the reasons for my health issues and identified bad habits in my lifestyle.I began earnestly dedicating time each day to meditation again, doing what needed to be done in practicing the necessary techniques to replenish the energy lacking in my body. This has continued until today; persistence brings rewards. Now, whether farming or going up mountains or diving into seas poses no problem for me—this is the greatest surprise that innate energy practices have brought me in this life.
