- Eradicating deep and grave karmic obstacles: writing it, teaching others to write it, or reciting and upholding this dharani can eliminate grave offenses, including those of the Five Uninterrupted Hells.
- Increasing blessings and prolonging wisdom: helps sentient beings gain wisdom life after life, with inexhaustible merit and virtue.
