The spirit awareness has just awakened.
This refers to the soul’s consciousness that has only recently come to life. The reasons for this phenomenon may vary from person to person, but it generally stems from deep attachments.
Being trapped in a certain mindset for a long time, unable to break free. Day and night consumed by thoughts and torments, leading to a chaotic consciousness that cannot be controlled.
One reason is for practitioners of religious faith. They may become overly attached or fanatic about their teachings or practice spiritual techniques that lead to erratic states of being, which can be referred to as {demonic possession} or {Zen sickness}.
Another reason is when one encounters difficulties and setbacks in life—when family, marriage, love, or career does not go well. They see themselves as victims, harboring resentment or self-pity that lingers for a long time.
Their consciousness becomes extreme and chaotic, beyond their control, while the spirit awareness takes the lead. If they follow it, they can emerge from their predicament and even achieve {spiritual awakening}.
Generally, most people resist it. Their consciousness is unaware of this {spirit awareness}, while their body possesses a force that suppresses it. The mind and body are out of sync; internally and externally they are entangled. Naturally, confusion arises.
Following this comes an influx of emotions like fear and anxiety. They feel restless all day without knowing where to find peace. Their expression becomes blank and dazed.
Additionally, with the spirit awareness awakened, the body becomes more sensitive and susceptible to external spiritual disturbances and invasions. At this time, obstacles become greater; everything appears more solidified and obsessive.
It’s not just irritability; they find everything displeasing easily angered—essentially closing themselves off. They speak little or retreat into solitude mumbling to themselves without interacting with others.
In severe cases, thoughts of suicide or self-harm may arise; some refer to this as {spiritual light syndrome} or {spiritual pressure}.
In the stage where spirit awareness first awakens, the body may be controlled by spiritual energy leading to various phenomena: limbs shaking or spinning; some may gesture wildly as if dancing yoga or boxing.
Others might draw symbols or create lines that resemble neither letters nor pictures. Some might speak words into thin air as if conversing with someone else or singing tunes.
Some behave like infants learning to speak—childlike in their expressions—while others exhibit youthful postures with delicate speech; there can also be unstable emotions—arrogance making communication difficult—and they may cry easily.
Emotions spill out unconsciously: suddenly joyful then sad; restless one moment then silent the next; suspicious of everything around them. Approaching temples or funeral homes can provoke these feelings—or interacting with unfamiliar individuals.
The body may experience discomfort: headaches, dizziness, heaviness in limbs; vacant stares; hiccups leading to nausea; skin prickling with goosebumps. Each person’s manifestations differ significantly; there are many other phenomena not elaborated here.
To resolve these obstacles and confusions: first determine whether there are external spirits attached causing interference. If so, communicate with them for purification—to liberate oneself from their constraints—and then guide them towards understanding.
Everyone inherently possesses body-mind-spirit; how many truly understand what spirit is? Addressing psychological knots slowly leads one towards self-awareness.
Life’s myriad experiences—joys and sorrows—sweetness and bitterness—all stem from the workings of the heart. It acts like a mirror: if you smile at it, it smiles back at you.
If you cry at it, it cries back at you too—it all depends on your intentions shaping your actions—the seeds you plant through your thoughts yield corresponding results in relationships gained or lost—the suffering and joy are borne by oneself.
Only through self-reflection can one attain true repentance within oneself—courageously facing one’s own life brings peace of mind.
Next comes relying on personal cultivation: read sacred texts or religious scriptures more often; practice meditation diligently until gradually recognizing one’s own {spirituality}. The timing for awakening depends on individual circumstances,
diligence in practice matters greatly along with how deeply one applies effort within oneself. What I’ve shared is based on personal experience—and perhaps encounters with others’ manifestations—but many phenomena remain unseen yet unmentioned here.
