Awakening of the Spirit 6 – Carding the Yin

Awakening of the Spirit (6)
Blocked Energy
Clack! Clack! Clack! Why do I feel like I’m hitting a wall today? For no reason, my temper flares up. Everything I see is irritating. It’s not just random anger; I just want to pick a fight with someone.

Oh dear! Why do I feel so weak all over? I always feel uncomfortable in my body. It feels like it’s falling apart or like I can’t breathe, as if I’m suffocating.
Then there are some minor ailments that come out of nowhere. Most people might think it’s due to irregular lifestyle habits, fatigue, high stress, or emotional imbalance from overwork.
When the body gets sick, one goes to the hospital to see a doctor for treatment. However, those who have just awakened become sensitive; when such conditions arise, their thoughts drift towards whether they are being disturbed by beings from the spiritual realm.
Am I blocked again? Often, one frightens oneself and ends up feeling mentally dull. Even without illness, one can scare themselves into feeling unwell. Just think: if there’s no connection with the spirit world, how could they randomly attach themselves to you?

Human thoughts and emotions are 95% negative states that one is unaware of… Over time, this becomes a habit and feels natural; they don’t even consider it abnormal. In daily life and work while facing people and situations,
when feelings of comparison, jealousy, or competitiveness arise, emotional pressure and desires emerge. Life is often more bitter than sweet: joy, anger, resentment, hatred, worry, annoyance, sorrow, fear… When dealing with various situations,
thoughts of comparison naturally arise alongside emotions. This leads to a tendency towards negativity. Prolonged exposure to such negative emotions requires the body to expend more energy to maintain balance.
Over time this will cause issues with the internal organs. Medical texts state: anger harms the liver; joy harms the heart; worry harms the spleen; sorrow harms the lungs; fear harms the kidneys.
Without righteous energy present, evil spirits will thrive; if yang energy is weak, cold yin will invade.
All these changes in emotions disturb the balance of yin and yang in the body. Negative emotional thoughts are at the root of illness. These negative emotions and thoughts are stored in memory like bindings,
trapping one’s mind within them without being able to express freely. If pent-up feelings persist for too long naturally they lead to illness. Thus healing begins with releasing pent-up energy within.
Freeing oneself from ignorance’s constraints while maintaining a positive outlook on life at all times.
Cultivating righteous thoughts nurtures righteous energy—this alone can lead to healing without medication.{Some have suffered from stomach pain for years—sometimes better sometimes worse—never fully recovering because they don’t realize they often dwell in negative emotions.
They put too much pressure on themselves and overthink things while harboring resentment inside them that remains unresolved; taking medicine only temporarily suppresses symptoms}.

Why does one experience interference or attachment from the spiritual realm? The scriptures say: “The ten realms exist solely within the mind.” It is transformed by consciousness—the spiritual realm belongs to humans.
Everything manifests based on human consciousness. It also states: “A single thought connects with three thousand realms.”
The moment a thought arises it connects with these realms. If one remains in negative emotions for an extended period it naturally connects them with lower realms—and this connection forms an energy that
further intensifies negative emotions leading to physical discomfort or mental confusion. Some refer to this as spirit oppression or spiritual light syndrome.
The phenomenon of blocked energy arises when one’s mind has long been in a negative state allowing lower energies an opportunity for attachment. Generally speaking people’s minds fluctuate between good and evil;
if not trapped in such prolonged states they experience less interference from lower realms. Practitioners also maintain their minds in certain states but are more susceptible to disturbances from lower realms.
Hence it is often referred to as karma manifesting—it truly reflects unawakened wisdom and ignorance regarding righteous thought.

Ignorance hides thieves within our bodies; seek out wisdom’s sword on high ground for theft removal—cut off seven emotions and sever six desires without hindrance.
At each sensory gate discern good from evil without attachment—cultivate an abundance of righteous energy throughout your being.
