Self-Healing – Cultivating Innate Energy to Create Life (Real Cases) – P5

Is it divine? Or is it madness!
When I first started practicing meditation, I had a particularly strong perception of spirits and deities, as if I had opened what is called the third eye, able to feel and see gods? Or were they merely manifestations of my own thoughts? To be honest, I couldn’t tell!

This feeling lasted for several years, with days filled with a mix of reality and illusion impacting my daily life. My pace of life changed; I often felt like I was seeing someone again; talking to someone about what I should do, what would happen… etc. There were constant noises in my ears, appearing in dreams and during meditation. I even thought this was what it meant to carry a divine mission, but that didn’t feel right; everything seemed off. I’m just an ordinary person; in this life, I have my daily responsibilities and affairs. This is my life and my duty, the lessons of life—how could I suddenly become a god? That doesn’t seem right at all.

I paused to reflect for a while, allowing my inflated ego to dissipate and turning back to converse with my inner self. I knew I had to find the correct and suitable way and path for myself. If I focused on this uncertain illusion of truth or falsehood, my mental statewould surely suffer. Spending all day believing myself to be a messenger of the gods even made me feel superior.

I realized that this was not what I wanted. So gradually, I stopped using the third eye to see things and instead learned to use my heart to sense the people and events around me. To be honest; when it comes to sensing things, there were times when I was quite accurate (what most people refer to as clairvoyance), but for me personally, the initial definition of my practice was for physical health. Therefore; I abandoned this trivial ability related to communicating with spirits and instead used this capacity to genuinely feel out my own path (the Way)… Generally speaking, when people first start meditating or cultivating energy, their spiritual perception enhances, leading them to hear or see entities from another realm. However, this is just a process; one must not become obsessed or even consider oneself capable of communicating with spirits—this has nothing to do with personal cultivation; their matters are not mine in this lifetime—they are not me, nor am I them. Thus in cultivation, one must walk their own path alone without companions or attachments.

After years of practice and cultivation, I’ve gained profound insights into the Way after studying texts like the Pure Sutra by our ancestors!

The term “cultivation” is not mysterious; it can be applied in life—in daily activities—in every breath we take—but reaching this point is truly challenging! One must overcome early temptations and tame one’s heart while recognizing one’s original intention.
If we break down the character “Way,” we can understand what it signifies—one yin and one yang combine into one; self-cultivation operating throughout the world is called (the Way), which fundamentally requires action—it requires walking.

I have gradually forgotten about and given up on the abilities I once had; those abilities no longer concern me—they are unimportant now because I’m no longer new to cultivation seeking some supernatural powers or anything like that—honestly (it’s quicker just going through regular channels), just joking! Because now I’m walking my own path in life.
