Self-Healing – Cultivating Innate Energy to Create Vitality (Real Case) – P3

After graduating, I quickly entered the workforce. For some reason, my health gradually deteriorated. I thought perhaps it was due to the fatigue of adapting to work, and since I felt tired, I didn’t meditate and practice breathing exercises daily as instructed by my master. After a while of this, I felt something was off, so I took a day off and traveled overnight to see my master.

Upon arriving at the temple, when I met my master, suddenly another “me,” an unfamiliar “me,” emerged to converse with him. Under my master’s guidance, I expelled a lot of things from my body and spoke many words (those were the negative energies attached to me). That night, it took a long time for me to feel better. After the treatment, my physical condition improved significantly. However, due to being busy with work and various tasks afterward, I stopped visiting the temple to see my master!

Before long, my health declined again; perhaps it was due to the heavy yin energy from illness that made me susceptible to negative magnetic fields, causing my symptoms to repeatedly flare up. Suddenly, I recalled that during the period when I consistently practiced breathing exercises, my health was fine. I realized that I could no longer live day by day while dealing with recurring illnesses; it struck me that I must strengthen my own spiritual body. As ancient wisdom says: unity of spirit and flesh; when the spirit is strong, it will naturally change and enhance bodily functions. Enlightened by this thought, I immediately sought out my master to cleanse the negative energy within me so that after clearing out the impurities in my body, I could harmonize with the universe and cultivate a vital magnetic field suited for myself. At that moment, I became even more determined—I wanted to walk this path of cultivation…

Currently, I’ve hung a sign on my room door with four characters (Meditate Daily) as a reminder! Now practicing innate qi through daily meditation has become an integral part of my life…

One must help oneself while also helping others! Because of this continuous practice of innate Wuji methods, my health has improved significantly—not just improved but rather miraculous! My long-term doctor was astonished by the dramatic transformation in my health after engaging in cultivation and suggested taking samples of my cells for research purposes; he believes that findings could benefit many others. The doctor mentioned that patients with similar conditions are either bedridden or confined to wheelchairs—yet here I am able to walk on my own; it’s truly miraculous!

There is a Japanese movie titled “1 Liter of Tears,” where I suffered from the same illness as the main character. Fortunately for me, I’ve had benefactors and guidance from my master; even so, while believing in him is important, one must not solely rely on him but also open oneself up and trust in innate energy practices! I’m fortunate now to possess this energy uniquely for myself. Now at age 50, engaging in physically demanding tasks like planting trees is something I’m able to do faster and better than most people; through uninterrupted daily practice—my body, mind, and spirit are becoming clearer and clearer. While living like everyone else brings joy because I’ve found my path within life.
