【The Principle of Spirit Awakening】
Generally speaking, the spirit can be divided into two types: one is the original spirit, which refers to the spiritual essence before awakening, as well as one’s accumulated spirits from past lives, also known as dynasty spirits, spiritual bodies, or subconscious; the other is external spirits. External spirits include outside spirits, ancestral spirits, attached spirits, communal cultivation spirits, high-level spirits, low-level spirits, earthbound spirits, ghosts, and some wandering souls; while the original spirit refers to one’s own spirit (original spirit, worldly spirit, dynasty spirit, spiritual body).
Every person has a “spiritual essence” within their body (referred to as spiritual essence before awakening and original spirit after awakening). However, this spiritual essence is hidden within the Alaya consciousness. Although it exists like a living being, it is imprisoned within the Zen heart wheel. The imprisoned spirit cannot escape outside the body and cannot even move around inside.
Although the spiritual body is imprisoned and considered a “sleeping spirit,” it can be awakened by relying on the energy of deities or innate qi energy. There are also spontaneous awakenings that do not require external assistance but occur naturally. This awakening helps liberate the spiritual body from its constraints; thus allowing the original spirit to roam within. This breakthrough of divine confinement is called “spirit awakening.”
Many people are unable to successfully awaken their spirits due to heavy karmic burdens or because their mindset has not been properly adjusted—making them unsuitable for awakening! The master believes that those with deep sins must first purify their karma in order to activate their original spirit; hence they should engage in good deeds more often. Only after accumulating merit and virtue can one truly purify their spiritual body and transform their mindset before they can genuinely awaken their spirit!
【Practicing Spirit—Building a Foundation for Three Years】
The next step after awakening the spirit is building a foundation.
After awakening their spirit, individuals have a spiritual body that operates like electricity; frequency generated by intention affects all limbs and bones—this is considered the first lesson in training (referred to as physical training). If one does not know how to practice spirituality properly, they may pray for guidance from external spirits known as “guiding guardian spirits,” also referred to as “spiritual teachers” or “guiding spirits.”
The guiding teacher will provide instructions on how to cultivate oneself in obscurity while making practitioners’ bodies very healthy; this process of training is called “physical training.”
If a physically weak person wishes to cultivate spiritually, they must start by eliminating karma and resolving karmic obstacles before accumulating resources for both body and fate! “If you have awakened your spirit then you have begun settling accounts for all past lives—what you owe others must still be repaid with joy; this explains why those who enter cultivation or spiritual practice often face hardships!”
Cultivation must begin with “building a foundation.” Physical training strengthens one’s health and can eliminate various ailments. The master was once frail and sickly but improved through physical training! Healing oneself’s ailments yields astonishing results.
However, building a foundation is not simple; it requires patience, perseverance, and consistency for success. The process may feel tedious and may seem like no progress is being made. But if you persistently continue along with guidance from your teacher—a tangible guide—and follow step by step in your practice over time you will surely achieve good results! After passing assessments from intangible teachers your spiritual rank will gradually elevate!
Once someone has awakened their spirit if they focus their intention it can generate spiritual movement; when intention ceases so does this movement—the entire body can be freely controlled. During our process of awakening and practicing spirituality our awareness remains clear: “Practicing spirituality and physical training during this process allows us to receive cosmic energy—that’s why physical training strengthens our bodies!”
However some individuals may use their own consciousness during practice which diminishes effectiveness; therefore during practice one must completely allow the guiding teacher to lead them. Practicing spirituality involves expanding meridians and opening acupoints enabling faster circulation of qi and blood flow. The methods of practicing spirituality are not uniform for everyone; after practicing some may sweat while others do not; some may move vigorously while others only experience slight tremors which we refer to as qi movement!
In general terms male practitioners receive different guidance than female practitioners because female movements tend not to be too vigorous “due to physical factors.” Thus most lean towards yoga or dance movements but there are also swordplay or martial arts movements involved. Male practitioners might engage in boxing or martial arts or perform lotus steps since guiding spirits vary based on individual levels—when our own original spirit continuously elevates so too does our guiding teacher’s level.
【The Ultimate Purpose of Spirit Awakening】
The ultimate purpose of awakening one’s spirit is recognizing that our bodies are merely temporary vessels (after a century they will still degrade until death—the spiritual body will then leave). This aligns with the saying about borrowing falsehoods for true cultivation through stages of refining one’s spirituality—elevating one’s spiritual rank—that’s what makes this life’s mission significant: waking up our true selves where our true nature neither arises nor perishes but remains master over our physical form.
When you personally experience your own spiritual essence you begin pondering why such an existence occurs: what exactly is the relationship between soul and body? Why can I perform actions I’ve never learned before? This electrifying sensation driving bodily movement becomes quite clear especially under heightened awareness—you naturally begin exploring alternative lines of thought!
Awakening one’s spirit resembles an infant’s birth while practicing spirituality parallels nurturing a child—in its growth journey you need provide an entire curriculum encompassing Taoist texts,Buddhist scriptures, great books, and case studies offering optimal guidance “because cultivating oneself represents an immensely important endeavor in life!” After consistently practicing physical training (dynamic work) along with meditation (static work) for one or two years establishing solid foundations reviewing Taoist/Buddhist classics becomes much easier allowing clearer understanding of key points presented within those texts!
【Taboos & Rules Regarding Spirit Awakening】
The purpose behind awakening one’s spirit lies in training one’s own body while enhancing sensitivity towards spirituality.
Yet some individuals during their attempts at awakening become obsessed with wanting “to connect,” which poses significant dangers since once such thoughts arise it opens opportunities for external entities (like vengeful creditors ancestors wandering souls etc.) If someone focuses solely on communicating spiritually during practices they risk falling into delusional states where bizarre situations may manifest.
In general when normal righteous deities or guiding spirits arrive they first teach us how to build foundations enabling us both physically mentally spiritually attain higher levels—but vengeful creditors ancestors or low-level entities disregard these matters entirely when delusional thoughts arise these lower entities seize opportunities leading them absorb positive energies therefore both awakening practices should maintain positive intentions throughout learning processes!
Once qi emerges through developing Zen heart wheels natural movements occur—we should synchronize breathwork accordingly encountering ailments also leads naturally healing effects thus throughout practicing spirituality (meditation) we should maintain singular focus solely aimed towards strengthening ourselves thereby restoring elevating frequencies enhancing awareness!
Hence initially engaging in practices under supervision from guides fellow practitioners ensures safety—as some might suddenly recite incantations cry intensely sing operatic tunes etc., these instances remain purely individual cases—not everyone experiences such phenomena!
“In Miao De’s realm there exists unique cases—for instance early May 2013 Sister Shu Qing’s granddaughter aged twelve suffered continuous fevers without improvement over week upon Miao Zhi assisting her calming down she requested my presence: Why did her heartbeat accelerate further upon calming? After consulting deity Guanyin Buddha I learned her soul needed immediate assistance activating her inner light!”
So I sought divine intervention requesting Guanyin Buddha’s help initiating rituals activating her inner light! Although only lasting thirty minutes this became pivotal moment towards her soul’s revival post-activation she immediately opened three realms’ eyes—initially perceiving unseen realms now capable seeing energies surrounding people including impurities commonly referred unlocking latent potentials!” Upon activation her first words were: “I feel like I’ve come back alive!” </ p >
The success of “spirit awakening” hinges upon personal circumstances merits whether sufficient thus should follow natural progression avoiding forcefulness at same time safeguarding thoughts maintaining righteous attitudes remains paramount ultimately all worldly laws represent conditioned phenomena existing supreme truths transcending mundane reasoning! Remaining grounded pure nature ultimately leads liberation attaining clarity realizing fundamental paths towards freedom enlightenment realization represents core liberation route.
【Spirit Awakening Is Not Possession】
“Spirit Awakening” differs fundamentally from possession—a crucial distinction unlike mediums invoking deities entering trance states wherein possessed unaware actions taken differ entirely! Primarily “spirit awakening” aims activate personal “spiritual perception” utilizing higher beings’ assistance evoke sensations resulting strengthening health vitality effects.
Mediators mediums experiencing possession serve merely conduits facilitating communication between realms generally speaking when deities descend upon mediums’ forms these individuals lose control consciousness retreating unaware utterances actions performed belong entirely outside themselves (this falls under divine possession).
In contrast throughout processes involving awakenings practices consciousness remains distinctly aware during exercises led by guiding teachers directing innate abilities performing actions—the subject remains centered around “self,” whereas guides play supportive roles whenever desire halt activities participants possess autonomy stopping anytime henceforth confirming that true awakenings absolutely do NOT equate possessions! Those wishing pursue awakenings must first embody virtues uphold righteous intentions avoid frivolous attitudes attempting such experiences!
