What is spiritual communication, and what is spiritual healing!
In traditional spiritual healing, the most common sight is some Taoist priests or priestesses tapping on your body or head, then lighting incense and burning some joss paper,
gesturing a few times in front of you or behind you, and finally drawing a few talismans for you to take home, dissolve in water, cleanse yourself, or drink.
This can be seen in many temples in rural Taiwan. Especially when we were often sick as children, our mothers or grandmothers would take us to “collect our spirits.” After the ritual was completed, we would usually feel better; this is spiritual healing. “Of course, there is another type of spiritual healing—Qigong healing! Based on Miaode’s experience: Brother Miaoxin underwent a thirty-day ‘heavenly tribulation’ retreat in May. During that time, he was disturbed and invaded by the invisible realm. After nine days of guidance from the Tao Mother, Miaode first subdued and sent away external spirits before using primordial Qi to heal Brother Miaoxin!”
Typically, these spiritual healers are not doctors and do not prescribe medicine for you; they do not take responsibility for healing your body but rather deal with your spirit. Many people with this ability indeed bring miraculous effects, attracting many believers seeking their healing services. Of course, there are also quite a few individuals who exploit this for financial gain or deceit (this is certainly something the heavenly realm cannot tolerate—besides, exploiting others will incur karmic consequences!)
Another method involves general mediums; some individuals are born with this ability—they can see, hear, or perceive spirits from the invisible realm and communicate with them. Some spirits convey certain information through that person’s physical body; some mediums can immediately tell you about events that have happened to you upon seeing or touching you and can predict problems you’re currently facing or situations that may arise.
You will often be surprised because they do not know you personally; how could they accurately describe what’s in your heart and the circumstances you’ve encountered? Who told them? How could it be so precise? Therefore, you can’t help but admire their abilities and start asking these mediums what you should do. If you encounter an upright medium, they will provide insights, suggestions, or solutions; however, if you meet one with ill intentions, it could lead to a trap.
Regardless of everything else we want to express: our traditional impression of spiritual healing or mediumship is like this—it’s filled with mystery while also carrying some negative connotations. In fact, we might as well view these matters from a more scientific perspective.
In this material universe, everything we can see and touch is material; naturally, we cannot see or contact non-material entities. However, current science and physicists have confirmed that this universe consists not only of matter but also has multiple dimensions—essentially a universe where multiple spaces exist.
We humans exist only within three-dimensional space; thus we cannot sense entities existing beyond three-dimensional space. These non-material forms are what we commonly refer to as souls, ghosts, spirits, gods, bodhisattvas (Buddhist saints), immortals (Xian), etc. We cannot see them or touch them nor sense their existence; yet many mediums possess innate abilities allowing them to receive signals from these invisible entities.
Just like your radio or television: once tuned to the right frequency it naturally receives images and sounds—this principle applies here too. Thus they can communicate with human souls or other levels of the invisible realm conveying much information. In fact every one of us has this capability—we just forget it or fail to tune into the right frequency.
In reality communicating with our own mind or spirit isn’t difficult at all; it’s just that we don’t know how to do it properly. When we rely on these mediums for communication purposes typically they employ various rituals to package their skills for effect. From the perspective of mediums and spiritual healers—this packaging is very necessary.
Because without such packaging adding an air of mystery around simple techniques—you naturally wouldn’t revere them. During my time engaging in religious activities I’ve indeed met many friends possessing mediumistic abilities each having different talents.
Some possess the ability to see through your body “Among those brought by Miaode there’s one who has opened her third eye—she can perceive energy within fellow practitioners’ bodies as well as see gods saints immortals Buddhas along with souls from the invisible realm—and she can even observe color changes in primordial Qi transmitted by Miaode! Among these phenomena we’ve verified accuracy through mutual confirmation among three individuals who have opened their third eyes! (One being Miaode’s daughter)
Additionally there are four others who perceive different realms and states each distinctively; there’s even an eleven-year-old girl who just awakened her spirit earlier this May—she has now opened her third eye enabling her to see invisible pearls at people’s solar plexus glowing white brightly! What Miaode wants to convey is: children are innocent yet pure—the phenomena she perceives have been validated!” She can sense various diseases within your body providing spiritual healing for you; some possess strong predictive abilities regarding fate known as destiny perception which allows insight into past lives’ causal relationships with present life events; another type includes thought perception which means knowing what’s on your mind without needing words—they can instantly articulate everything happening within your life while others may communicate with deceased souls enabling conversations with departed loved ones—even guiding lost souls back home preventing them from lingering on earth causing mischief—that’s what’s referred to as transference.
Of course there are also some mediums capable of predicting political situations natural disasters etc.; regardless they all serve within their own “professional” fields during which I’ve seen many possessing such mediumistic abilities selflessly serving others without seeking returns yet misunderstood—a true embodiment of heavenly principles!
Their spirit and actions inspire immense respect and admiration within me. Naturally I’ve also encountered numerous unscrupulous mediums exploiting such gifted abilities for personal gain showcasing supposed powers while deceiving others aplenty—even those entirely devoid of any genuine mediumistic capabilities engage in scams too.
The reason behind this lies mainly in grasping humanity’s shared mindset: “fear.” Built upon fear these individuals may demand whatever they wish from you—in reality true mediums possessing genuine “proof” understand cause-and-effect relationships deeply thus dare not utilize their gifts harmfully against heaven’s laws.
Among my acquaintances possessing mediumistic talents—their received information comes through various channels at different levels: some from ordinary lost souls others from divine realms including bodhisattvas—with numerous sources even among bodhisattvas themselves across varying tiers—not excluding extraterrestrial information across different spaces—it’s truly astonishing.
I firmly affirm both the capabilities held by mediums along with acknowledging various existing entities within unseen realms—it’s simply that too many uncertainties exist alongside risks involved plus each holds narrow perceptions leading towards obsessions unable objectively coexist harmoniously—which ultimately explains why I’ve hesitated delving too deeply into this field despite still holding profound respect towards them.
In past experiences I’ve encountered diverse levels of mediumistic events witnessing deities manifesting through others—a common sight already familiarized by me long ago; indeed such innate capabilities resist mere teaching—if lacking certain inherent traits one cannot learn it—in other words these mediums were selected often against their own wishes; some possess instinctual talents since birth while others inexplicably awaken later becoming adept spontaneously without formal training—some chosen subsequently undergo trials before achieving mediumship status despite witnessing many awe-inspiring innate skills among them revealing miraculous phenomena alleviating several confounding blind spots throughout my life assisting me greatly along my journey!
However I clearly recognize that path toward becoming a medium isn’t my sought-after guiding objective—I require more scientific rational knowledge exploring unknown realms beyond mere spirituality integrating Buddhist Daoist theories alongside quantum physics concepts coupled together alongside personal experiential validation striving diligently towards enhancing evolution encompassing mind-body-spirit unity!
