Practicing the Body through Meditation
There are some remedies that cannot be bought with money, but can be obtained with time, and that is “meditation”!
Recently, I heard that many people in the practice group are facing health issues. When I inquired about the reasons and situations, I discovered that many have excuses for neglecting their daily meditation practice. Neglecting meditation may seem simple, but it is actually quite challenging and leads to an inability to harmoniously circulate energy between the major and minor points in the body. They cannot absorb internal energy and fail to calm their minds to address stress from work in daily life, quality of life issues, or anxiety from the unknown.
In practicing the body through meditation, it is crucial to maintain consistency. Spending 30 minutes each day focusing on meditation is not difficult. Over time, this energy will help resolve issues you cannot see and assist you in addressing problems early on. I also want to share this importance based on my over 20 years of meditation experience. Additionally, maintaining a normal pace of life is very important. These two aspects coexist and may indeed be the best remedy in the world?
